2018 IQR Reports & Documents

The Individual Quality Review (IQR) has completed its second year. The Department of Health and the Jackson Community Monitor, Lyn Rucker, work to continue into the 2019 year to collaborate to streamline and improve the new review which has replaced the CPR.
