Call 911 or one of the local emergency numbers now and insist on immediate care and treatment if your symptoms make you a danger to yourself or someone else. If your symptoms are too severe, ask a family member or friend to call for you.
Make an appointment to see your doctor if:
- You are feeling very overwhelmed
- You are feeling hopeless and worthless all the time·
- You have symptoms that last more than two weeks
Call a helpline if:

- You are upset and panicky
- Your loneliness is causing you to become sick
