3/1/2019	Amendment to 1115 Demonstration Waiver Draft Amendment Application The Human Services Department, Medical Assistance Division (MAD), is accepting comments from the public about the Medicaid health care program known as Centennial Care 2.0 and changes to the program being considered as part of the amendment to the Centennial Care 2.0 federal waiver that is proposed to be effective on July 1, 2019. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm MST on Monday, April 15, 2019.
