The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is an integral part of the Health Care Authority (HCA). Customer service is a major focus of OHR and includes recruiting quality employees and assisting HCA staff with employment needs throughout their career with the Department. OHR’s efforts include providing excellent training and professional development to our employees, recruitment, retention and advancement of personnel, assistance with employee benefits, and advice in addressing policy, discipline, union and performance issues. OHR is engaged and committed to providing services to enhance employment for the over 1900 employees of the Health Care Authority.
