Making Payments
CSSD can assist you with ensuring your child support payments are made timely, and are accurately applied to your obligation.
- Wage Withholding
- Wage Withholding allows your employer to withhold child support payments from your wages. This allows you to make your child support payments without having to mail your payment or go to an office.
- Online Payment
- You can now make child support payments online at: https://yes.nm.gov

An account can be set up by clicking “Enroll” after clicking the link, there is a prompt to enter the CSSD case number and member ID and other information. Make a one-time payment or set up reoccurring payments.

Use credit or debit cards with a 2.5% convenience fee. However, there is NO fee if using a checking or saving account.

- Auto Withdrawal
- Paying parties can have child support payments withdrawn directly from their existing checking or savings account by completing the Auto Withdrawal Authorization. This is the fastest and easiest way to make child support payments. This option is also available through the New Mexico Child Support Online Portal.
- Payments at your field office
- Cash payments to a CSSD field office allow your payments to be applied to your account after one business day.
- Check payments can be accepted by your field office, but they need to clear the bank before they are applied to your account. It is important to always write your case number on your check payment.
- Payments to State Disbursement Unit (SDU)
- Child support payments can be mailed to SDU at:
