LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE

The Health Care Authority’s mission is: We ensure that New Mexicans attain their highest level of health by providing whole-person, cost-effective, accessible, and high-quality health care and safety-net services.

Custodial Parents

Child Support Services Division (CSSD) can assist with collecting child support on behalf of New Mexico’s children. CSSD can help establish parentage, child support obligations, collect child support and enforce child support obligations. CSSD is a neutral party and is unable to provide legal representation to either party.

Custodial parties can apply for services, provide updates, and find information regarding their case by signing up at: New Mexico Child Support Online Portal.

Keep Us In The Loop

As a custodial party, it is important that you communicate with your caseworker and are proactively involved in your case. Keeping us in the loop about relevant information, including changes in custody, and information about the non-custodial party in your case (i.e. new employment, new address, possible residence, etc.) will assist CSSD with child support collection.
