LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE

The Health Care Authority’s mission is: We ensure that New Mexicans attain their highest level of health by providing whole-person, cost-effective, accessible, and high-quality health care and safety-net services.

Non-Custodial Parents Overview

CSSD can assist you by collecting payments, maintaining payment records, reviewing for modification, updating judgments, and employment assistance through the StepUp program.

Non-Custodial parties can apply for services, provide updates and find information regarding their case by signing up at: New Mexico Child Support Online Portal.

Keep Us In The Loop

As a non-custodial party, it is important you communicate to your caseworker any relevant change in circumstance. Changes in custody, visitation schedules, and employment can impact your child support obligation and should be communicated to your caseworker immediately.
