Turquoise Care Health Plans
As of July 1, 2024, Turquoise Care members can choose from among four health plans, (also called Managed Care Organizations or MCOs). Each health plan offers different value-added services.
Children in state custody will be enrolled in the Presbyterian Health Plan.
Native American members always have the choice between enrolling with a health plan or using Fee for Service health care providers.

To file a grievance or an appeal with UnitedHealthcare Turquoise Care, call Member Services from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, at 1-877-236-0826, TTY 711. All members can file a grievance through this process.
You can also send a letter. Please include your name, address, member ID, reason for your grievance, and any other information you think is important.
