The Child Support Bench Warrant program replaces the quarterly publication of the 25 Most Wanted List. This program goes far beyond the requirements of the previous program by publishing the names of hundreds of non-custodial parents who have failed to comply with their court ordered child support obligations. All non-custodial parents with outstanding bench warrants for arrest will be included on the list.
In order to encourage individuals with an outstanding warrant to come forward and make payment toward their support obligations, the Health Care Authority, Child Support Services Division now extends a one month amnesty period in August of each year, during which these individuals may come into their local CSSD office and pay their bond without fear of arrest.
Updates to outstanding bench warrants will be posted on a regular basis.
