Regional Offices
The Regional Office Bureau (ROB) is the operational arm of the division responsible for direct oversight of the Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver and State General Fund programs. Oversight responsibilities include case management agency and service provider compliance with standards, regulations, and provider agreements.
The ROB has direct responsibility and is accountable for implementing the initiatives, programmatic changes, and priorities of the Division. In addition, the ROB provides ongoing technical assistance, conflict resolution, contract management, and guidance to individual teams and programs.

DDSD created the Regional Office Request for Assistance (RORA) system to promote communication with external and internal partners and to provide a forum for raising concerns to DDSD. Note: This does not replace required reporting of Abuse Neglect or Exploitation.
