As of July 1, 2024, Turquoise Care members can choose from among four health plans, (also called Managed Care Organizations or MCOs). Each health plan offers different value-added services.

Children in state custody will be enrolled in the Presbyterian Health Plan.

Native American members always have the choice between enrolling with a health plan or using Fee for Service health care providers.

To file a grievance or an appeal with UnitedHealthcare Turquoise Care, call Member Services from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, at 1-877-236-0826, TTY 711. All members can file a grievance through this process.

You can also send a letter. Please include your name, address, member ID, reason for your grievance, and any other information you think is important.
